Manicure Monday

Hello lovelies! I'm doing a little segment I'm my nails today, showing not only the polishes I uses but also the routine I have when I do my nails! :)

Before I applied this I used a coat of Sally Hansens Continuous Treatment in Strength and I topped it off with Sally Hansens Insta-Dri. I really like the Sally Hanses brand and can recommend to top coat to EVERYONE!

After I've done my nails I always finish off with hand cream. Now, I happen to be obsessed with hand cream and I have 3 different tubes going at the moment. One on my night stand, one on my vanity and one in my purse at all times. The one I used today was Body Shop's Absinthe Purifying Hand Cream but I also really like Hand Food by Soap and Glory!

This is also the one the resides on my night stand as I feel this one cleanses at the same time as it moisturises!

Being a teacher

Hello lovelies,

my job as a teacher is something that I love as it's happening, but I could do without all the extra bits and bobs during the weekends.
I have been filming a Get Ready With Me video this morning, and it was meant to be for filming day, but since then I've been sitting with a stack of papers that need marking. I've been reading tests and reflections and writing notes to the students.
It's just so time-consuming I guess. But hey, it has to be done. I'm done now, but still need to do the plan for next weeks lessons as well as find more resources online for my new unit. I'm just hoping I'll be finished to film the things that I wanted to film today!
I have a stack of books to review, and some beauty videos too. Sitting here, trying to figure out what I can film for my main channel as that seems to be the hardest at the moment!

Cray

Hello lovelies,

there is a site here in Sweden that specializes in selling brands and products that are hard to get hold of in Sweden. It's called craycray (not really sure why, but still) and I just placed my first ever order there. Package should get here sometime next week and I'm really excited about this!

I ordered some blushes and lip products that should be lovely to try out over the next few days. I am having some schedule difficulties with the whole blogging business. Trying to get it all under control so that i can get back to my original plan of updating. The plan still is to get one post a day and one video a week to each channel. Hoping to get the ball rolling tomorrow!

But hey, I'll keep you updated on that too I guess!

Red

Hello darlings,
I am in the middle of coloring my hair, finally! Those roots are gone!
I have just put the dye in my roots and am waiting for 20 minutes then applying it to the lenghts of my hair.
The back of my hair has turned a rusty brown hue. The kids are calling it slightly orange... It is not pretty anymore and something had to be done!

Am using the same box dye that I used last time as I bought two packets and only had to use one!
That never happens to me! If you knew how thick my hair is you'd be surprised! I have filmed the video featuring my hairdying process, but haven't edited it.. The quality is probably crap too because I filmed it on my computer, but at least I'll tell you how to acheive my glorious hair colour!

I am using the intensive toner from Directions as well, but I don't know if I'll apply that tonight or wait til next weekend.
Been doing lots of interesting research today and I am getting my youtube life in check so that I can focus on getting to where I want to be.
Also, contacted a company in Sweden for a collaboration request on my Swedish blog - so hope that I get that!

Now, I'm going to apply more colour in my hair and I'll update you later on what the result was!

Friday

Hello lovelies,

I went to work today, I regret it so much. Starting to feel really bad again. A part if me wants to curl up in my bed already, and it's just 21:25!

We're watching the Swedish version on Dancing with the Stars and some of the participants are really good!

Modern Family is coming afterwards and I actually am considering missing it and going to bed! I really hate being ill!

I did some shopping today, and I'll do a mini haul on here tomorrow since I only bought one beauty thing and it just seems stupid to make a video because of that!

We'll see if I end up staying up long enough to see Modern Family or if I end up going to bed in a little while.

Watching a episode of Sherlock as I fall asleep. I freaking love this show! Benedict Cumberbatch is one sexy man, and this show is amazing! John Watson is getting married and I am excited to find out what could go wrong in this episode! Oh, and Benedict is wearing a tux atm - I'm going to drool all over my computer now...

Changing things up

Hello dears,

I am changing things up quite a lot and I thought I'd let you in on some of the details. This is an old blog domain that I've had for a while now, but went off it as I found wordpress-
I want to get more into blogging and being on Wordpress with, what feels like, 15 different blogs is WAY too confusing for me to handle right now. I end up not updating any of them and it just ends badly.
I have therefore decided to shut them all down and focus on ONE blog. This is where I will be posting everything, from lifestyle, fashion, beauty, books, genral updates, youtube, geekiness, nerdy things and whatever you can think of. This is where you go to read all about me. Where you go for youtube updates. Where you come to get inspired by all the things I'm up to.

I'm hoping that this will get me inspired to start blogging everyday instead of just randomly on different sites.

I'm also letting you in on a little something - I'm going to start blogging in Swedish. I've done it before, in the beginning - and I think it could be fun to start doing it again. No worries, all my videos and posts on this platform will be in English!
I'm going on an additional Swedish platform for the other fun stuff. I've been thinking about this for over a week now, and I'm going to give it a try for a year to see what happens. I'm hoping that this will, absolutely, definatley be the start of something new and exciting. Something that I will find myself sticking to. Something that will change everything. Or at least make me happy again, I'm going through some changes in my life in general and switching things up might be good for me.
