Last weeks stress

Hello readers,

it's the last few weeks before we go on holiday and those weeks are always the most stressful.
I have reports to write, planners to fix and the last few touches are to be placed on my kiddos before I send them off to the next teacher.
Truth be told, in two weeks time I will be overjoyed that all of this is finally over.

They told me that my first year of teaching would be horribly stressful and difficult. I believed them, I just didn't realise that it would be this bad!! I've had little to no free time this past year and it's been horrible. I want to say that it'll all get better next year, but truthfully I'm not too sure about that!

I have one day off next week to get through more reports but I want to get through at least half before that day so I can do other things as well. I have currently done 2 and I have 19 to do in total. I am doing my best but it is so hard. All the IB terminology and the different documents that need to be cross-referenced while your'e writing! It's driving me a little insane!

I've managed to fall completely out of my training routine, which sucks a lot because I now have 51 day to go until my holiday. Hopefully I can keep doing a little every couple of days until June 13th which is when the kids are on holiday and we just have things to do while we're at school. This means that I'll have spare time when I come home and can work out like a crazy person!

Stress

You know that feeling, that no matter how many things you get done or how hard you try to catch up or be as good as people expect you to be - you never get there?
Yeah, I've been feeling that alot during the past few weeks. I hate it.
I hate feeling like this, I hate not having time for anything that I like anymore. I hate having 9 videos that I filmed lots of weeks ago and now half of them are redundant because I just say things that are in the now - and then I freaking forget about them and when I find them it's like.... Yeah, not relevant anymore....

IT SUCKS!!!

Ok, I'm done, I don't want to bore you with my life, or my patheticness... I go on Summer Holidays in three weeks time. Please make the time til then go REALLY fast and then I'll hopefully get to where I want to be.

Being a teacher

Hello lovelies,

my job as a teacher is something that I love as it's happening, but I could do without all the extra bits and bobs during the weekends.
I have been filming a Get Ready With Me video this morning, and it was meant to be for filming day, but since then I've been sitting with a stack of papers that need marking. I've been reading tests and reflections and writing notes to the students.
It's just so time-consuming I guess. But hey, it has to be done. I'm done now, but still need to do the plan for next weeks lessons as well as find more resources online for my new unit. I'm just hoping I'll be finished to film the things that I wanted to film today!
I have a stack of books to review, and some beauty videos too. Sitting here, trying to figure out what I can film for my main channel as that seems to be the hardest at the moment!

Cray

Hello lovelies,

there is a site here in Sweden that specializes in selling brands and products that are hard to get hold of in Sweden. It's called craycray (not really sure why, but still) and I just placed my first ever order there. Package should get here sometime next week and I'm really excited about this!

I ordered some blushes and lip products that should be lovely to try out over the next few days. I am having some schedule difficulties with the whole blogging business. Trying to get it all under control so that i can get back to my original plan of updating. The plan still is to get one post a day and one video a week to each channel. Hoping to get the ball rolling tomorrow!

But hey, I'll keep you updated on that too I guess!

Friday

Hello lovelies,

I went to work today, I regret it so much. Starting to feel really bad again. A part if me wants to curl up in my bed already, and it's just 21:25!

We're watching the Swedish version on Dancing with the Stars and some of the participants are really good!

Modern Family is coming afterwards and I actually am considering missing it and going to bed! I really hate being ill!

I did some shopping today, and I'll do a mini haul on here tomorrow since I only bought one beauty thing and it just seems stupid to make a video because of that!

We'll see if I end up staying up long enough to see Modern Family or if I end up going to bed in a little while.

Changing things up

Hello dears,

I am changing things up quite a lot and I thought I'd let you in on some of the details. This is an old blog domain that I've had for a while now, but went off it as I found wordpress-
I want to get more into blogging and being on Wordpress with, what feels like, 15 different blogs is WAY too confusing for me to handle right now. I end up not updating any of them and it just ends badly.
I have therefore decided to shut them all down and focus on ONE blog. This is where I will be posting everything, from lifestyle, fashion, beauty, books, genral updates, youtube, geekiness, nerdy things and whatever you can think of. This is where you go to read all about me. Where you go for youtube updates. Where you come to get inspired by all the things I'm up to.

I'm hoping that this will get me inspired to start blogging everyday instead of just randomly on different sites.

I'm also letting you in on a little something - I'm going to start blogging in Swedish. I've done it before, in the beginning - and I think it could be fun to start doing it again. No worries, all my videos and posts on this platform will be in English!
I'm going on an additional Swedish platform for the other fun stuff. I've been thinking about this for over a week now, and I'm going to give it a try for a year to see what happens. I'm hoping that this will, absolutely, definatley be the start of something new and exciting. Something that I will find myself sticking to. Something that will change everything. Or at least make me happy again, I'm going through some changes in my life in general and switching things up might be good for me.
